Welcome to the Kähler shop. By ordering goods you automatically accept the below terms and conditions. We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting your order.
Before placing an order, you must enter your personal information such as name, address and payment information. When you have done so, you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. When payment has been approved and registration has been posted in our stock control system, you will receive confirmation containing your personal tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your order. The Kähler shop ships packages through DHL. Freight charges will be calculated at the time of purchase and will be displayed in your shopping cart.
Please note that we do not ship to countries outside Europe - if you have further questions regarding this, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
All prices displayed on Kähler shop are stated in Euro and are inclusive of 25% VAT.
Right of cancellation
The Kähler shop grants full right of cancellation for a period of 14 days from the day after you receive the goods.
Goods must be returned unused in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept packages sent COD. As soon as we have received and approved the cancelled goods, we will credit your account with the amount you paid for the goods. We will pay the delivery charges, however, shipment costs for the return of a product are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the credit card that was originally charged. This is to avoid the use of stolen credit cards. Please remember to state your registration and account numbers for the bank transfer. Please keep your post office receipt as documentation of shipment of the returned goods. All costs in connection with the return of goods will be paid by the customer.
The Kähler shop operates under the Danish Sales of Goods Act and the guidelines issued by the National Consumer Agency. The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regulate complaints. This means that the customer has 24 months notice on faults and defects on a product. However, this does not apply to errors, damage or wear and tear due to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Information on options for alternative dispute resolution
If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from us, you may apply for dispute resolution with: Center for Klageløsning (Centre for Complaint Resolution) under the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. You can file a complaint via www.forbrug.dk You can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to file a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer resident outside Denmark, in another EU member state. File your complaint here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

The Kähler shop accepts the following credit cards: Dankort, Mastercard, Maetro-kort, VISA, Visa Electron, JCB, Diners, American Express, Danske Netbank and Nordea Netbank.
You will not be charged until the goods are despatched from our warehouse.
All prices displayed on Kähler shop are stated in DKK and are inclusive of 25% VAT.
The Kähler shop is fully secure as all communication between our payment system and the credit card holder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only PBS (Danish Payments Systems) will have access to your data. Neither Kähler shop nor any third parties will be able to see the data being exchanged in connection with the purchase. The Kähler Online shop will keep your personal contact information strictly confidential, and we guarantee that none of it will be disclosed to third parties.
Customs and VAT
If you order from a country within the European Union, the prices include Danish VAT, but no customs duty will be added in accordance with the rules governing free movement of goods.
If you order from a country outside the European Union, packages will be shipped DDU and customs duty and other costs will be payable by the person receiving the goods.
Sales offerings are subject to price rises, VAT changes, movements of exchange rates, sold out/out-of-stock items and typing errors.

Terms of delivery
All goods will be sent by parcel post, which allows you to track the package. The goods are insured in transit and you are requested to check the contents of the package on delivery. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon receipt, you must notify Kähler immediately, or not later than seven days after receipt, and return the goods to us. Kähler Shop will not be liable for goods damaged in transit.
All goods are safely packaged to minimise damage in transit.
Normal delivery time is 8-10 business days. The Kähler shop will not be liable for any delays caused by DHL. In the event of non-delivery, the Kähler Shop will make a replacement delivery at no cost to you.

Where is my package?
If you feel like your package has been delayed or you grow impatient, you can track your package at www.dhl.com. Please use the tracking number you received with your shipping confirmation e-mail.
If you log on via Facebook, you and your friends may share your purchases and inspire each other. We do not post anything on your wall.
