Good advice

All products from Kähler are handmade with focus on the artistic expression and a high artisanal quality. Each product is unique since they are handmade, meaning that minor variations in appearance may occur.

  • The product is food-grade approved. 
  • You can wash the product in the dishwasher at max. 60 degrees -though only when the glassware programme is used.
  • Never use steel wool for cleaning.
  • The product is microwave-safe up to max. 1,000 W. – except from the Hammershøi plates – please avoid thermal shock as it may cause the glaze to crackle. 
  • The product is not oven or freezer proof
  • When Hammershøi bowls meet cutlery, they may get scratched. This is quite normal and is difficult to avoid. We advise you to remove scratches with Vienna chalk. Scratches caused by cutlery are not covered by any warranty.
  • The products are covered by Kähler Design’s breakage warranty –  except for the Ursula plates in yellow and Hammershøi glass plates
